The key to maximising staff wellbeing and preventing burnout in schools is building a positive workplace culture. This workshop is designed for school leaders committed to fostering a more supportive and thriving environment for their employees.

Overview

The workshop focuses on each of the four pillars of a positive workplace culture.

• A sense of belonging
• Positive collegial relationships
• Recognition and appreciation
• Psychological safety

Leaders will learn how to foster a shared responsibility for creating a positive workplace culture; will be provided with tools to reflect upon and gather data about workplace culture; and have a better understanding of how to maximise the quality of the culture in their school.
