Overview

Step 2 of the Workplace Wellbeing Framework involves educating stakeholders on the importance and value of maximising employee wellbeing. This 1 hour presentation can be delivered in-person, as a live virtual session or accessed as a downloadable resource to use at sessions with governors, leaders, wellbeing teams,staff and parents. The presentation draws upon key research findings to connect employee wellbeing with school effectiveness and student outcomes and provides a foundation on which to launch a workplace wellbeing programme.
